Responsibilities
- Lead System Analysis: Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis to define system specifications for complex government projects.
- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strict government compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and non-technical government stakeholders.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and process flows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or Python, along with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Government Experience: Prior experience working with state or federal government agencies is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
