- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals to ensure zero-friction user experiences.
- AI & Algorithm Forecasting: Monitor emerging search trends (AI Overviews, Generative Search) and adjust our content strategy accordingly.
- Team Management: Mentor a squad of content strategists and link builders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Analytics: Deep-dive into user behavior data to uncover opportunities and justify budget allocation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Google's Search Essentials and technical implementation (Python, HTML, CSS).
