Responsibilities
- Supervise inmate activities and enforce facility protocols
- Conduct security rounds and headcounts every 30 minutes
- Respond to emergencies using de-escalation techniques
- Document incidents with detailed incident reports
- Operate security systems including CCTV and access controls
- Transport inmates between facilities as required
- Maintain accurate logs and administrative records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Must be 21+ years old and U.S. citizen
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (provided if needed)
