- Handle procurement workflows and vendor communications
- Maintain digital and physical record systems with meticulous accuracy
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and event logistics
- Provide frontline customer service via phone and in-person inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and state financial systems
- Ohio Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to pass state background check and security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for sensitive data
- Excellent written communication skills for policy documentation
