Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex office operations and records management systems efficiently.
- Provide high-level administrative support to department leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Process high-volume data entry, generate accurate reports, and ensure the integrity of departmental databases.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiries and referrals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a government or public sector setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and physical fitness evaluation.
