- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive leadership and legislative committees

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and presentations
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines using project management methodologies
- Stay current on legislative changes affecting state government operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government, policy analysis, or public sector consulting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Georgia state government structure and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
