Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, public sector, or high-volume administrative environment.
- Strong knowledge of New York State pension systems, labor laws, and government compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in record-keeping.
- Ability to pass a required background check and security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific database software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
