Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain state agency IT systems and networks remotely.
- Analyze data to support transportation and policy initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal IT security regulations.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Public Administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a legal resident of the Jacksonville, FL area.
