Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative research using statistical software (R, Python, or SAS)
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder groups
- Monitor federal policy developments affecting state revenue systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Massachusetts state budget processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance within 30 days
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact policy recommendations
