Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation, regulations, and policy trends to inform decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and policy briefs for legislative review
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to develop data-driven policy recommendations
- Monitor implementation of existing policies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Present findings to leadership and legislative committees through clear visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of North Carolina state government operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Active North Carolina residency required
