Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft detailed research reports

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or policy research experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Excel)
- Expert knowledge of New York State legislative processes
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with public budget analysis
- Valid NYS driver's license
