Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain sensitive government data into secure databases with high proficiency.

- Assist the public with inquiries regarding benefits, case files, and administrative procedures.
- Organize and archive physical and digital files in accordance with state regulations.
- Perform routine clerical tasks including copying, scanning, and data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and ethical standards governing state operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or government office settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Knowledge of state government procedures and public service protocols is a plus.
