- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with federal and state data privacy laws.
- Document technical processes and provide training to junior staff and government stakeholders.
- Lead technical projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or software development within the government or large enterprise sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and propose viable solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Must pass a background check and possess the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
