Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain secure web applications using .NET and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable IT solutions for state agencies.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for critical government systems.
- Ensure compliance with state security policies, data privacy regulations, and IT governance standards.

Qualifications
