Job Summary:

The Night Shift IT Specialist will provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN). You will monitor system health, perform automated backups, and respond to critical alerts to ensure minimal downtime for state employees.

Responsibilities
