Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with company goals and the technological landscape of 2026.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI systems, focusing on real-time learning and adaptive algorithms.
- Quantum Integration: Pioneering the integration of hybrid quantum-classical computing models to solve complex computational problems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune machine learning models to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and speed for high-volume data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and data privacy protocols for all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
