What You'll Achieve:

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing regenerative business practices

- Drive adoption of AI-powered ESG analytics and carbon-neutral technologies
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy long-term sustainability frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead stakeholder engagement with investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee lifecycle analysis and circular supply chain implementation
- Drive innovation in carbon capture and renewable energy integration
- Develop predictive sustainability models using big data and AI
- Mentor junior sustainability professionals and build internal capabilities
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and climate summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 10+ year strategy execution
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced knowledge of circular economy principles and regenerative practices
- Experience with carbon accounting software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Strong background in climate policy and international sustainability standards
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) or equivalent
- Track record of leading successful sustainability transformations
