Responsibilities
- Design and implement corporate sustainability strategy aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives including carbon neutrality, circular economy, and sustainable supply chains
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks for C-suite and stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive innovation in sustainable product development and operational efficiency
- Lead employee engagement programs fostering sustainability culture
- Represent company in industry forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with Fortune 500 experience
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) or equivalent
- Proven track record achieving carbon neutrality and ESG goals
- Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analytics skills with sustainability software proficiency
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in tech or manufacturing sector preferred
