- Collaborate with federal, state, and local government entities on policy alignment
- Prepare grant applications and manage project budgets
- Present findings to stakeholders and public officials
- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives for public transportation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in transportation planning or public sector roles
- Proficiency in GIS software and traffic modeling tools
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for data interpretation
- Experience with federal/state grant application processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
