Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for highway/bridge infrastructure projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and ensure strict adherence to federal/state regulations
- Oversee environmental compliance and permitting processes for large-scale initiatives
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for transportation challenges
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with local governments and community groups
- Generate comprehensive project reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in transportation infrastructure
- Valid Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven expertise with FHWA/ADOT regulations and procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and GIS systems
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with $5M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical challenges under pressure
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
