Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough passenger and baggage screening using X-ray machines and manual detection techniques
- Perform advanced pat-down searches and explosive trace detection when required
- Monitor security checkpoints to identify and resolve potential threats
- Operate complex security equipment including EDS systems and CT scanners
- Enforce TSA security protocols while maintaining professional customer service standards
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and drug screening
- Successfully complete TSA's 120-hour training program
- Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with security scanning equipment
