Responsibilities

- Verify travel documents and boarding passes against passenger manifests
- Identify and resolve security threats while maintaining professional customer service
- Enforce TSA security protocols and procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security incidents
- Operate X-ray machines, trace detectors, and other security equipment
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency for document verification systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in customer service or security preferred
