Responsibilities
- Operate advanced screening equipment to detect prohibited items in passengers and baggage

- Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and screening outcomes
- Provide clear instructions to passengers while maintaining professional demeanor
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during security alerts
- Participate in mandatory training on security procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting systems
- No felony convictions or pending charges
