Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage at security checkpoints
- Operate X-ray machines and walk-through metal detectors
- Conduct pat-down searches and baggage inspections
- Monitor security areas for suspicious activity
- Enforce TSA security regulations and protocols
- Document security incidents and violations
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours)
