Responsibilities
- Enforce federal regulations across state and local jurisdictions in Philadelphia metro area
- Conduct compliance audits for federal grant programs and public contracts
- Collaborate with state/local agencies on regulatory alignment initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal oversight bodies
- Train municipal employees on federal policy implementation
- Investigate potential violations of federal statutes
- Develop streamlined compliance protocols for multi-jurisdictional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/state/local government compliance
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in CFR Title 44 and Pennsylvania Sunshine Act
- Proficient with federal grant management systems (e.g., SF-424)
- Strong analytical skills for regulatory impact assessment
- Ability to navigate intergovernmental protocols
- U.S. citizenship required
