Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal land management projects across Colorado Springs region
- Manage compliance with environmental regulations and reporting requirements
- Develop community outreach programs for public land education
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory adjustments
- Collaborate with state/local agencies on shared initiatives
- Prepare federal grant proposals and budget allocations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS)
- Knowledge of NEPA and federal land management regulations
- Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
