Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal policy analysis experience
- Proficiency with GIS mapping and statistical analysis tools
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience with NEPA compliance documentation
- Exceptional written communication and briefing preparation skills
- Knowledge of Southwest regional ecosystems and land-use issues
