Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations and develop compliance frameworks for agency operations
- Prepare detailed policy briefs for congressional stakeholders and executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives on national security and public welfare programs
- Conduct audits of existing systems to ensure adherence to 5 CFR and FAR standards
- Mentor junior analysts on federal procurement protocols and recordkeeping requirements
- Represent the agency at interdepartmental task forces and public hearings
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Top Secret/SBI required)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in federal policy analysis or public administration
- Advanced degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- Proficiency in GSA Advantage systems and SAM.gov procurement tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS
- Experience with OMB Circular A-123 and internal control frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability clearance
