Responsibilities
- Oversee federal program implementation and compliance with VA regulations
- Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications for veteran services
- Develop program metrics and reports for federal performance reviews
- Coordinate with state/local agencies for seamless service delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve federal program objectives
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement and grant management protocols
- Represent the agency at intergovernmental meetings and community events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency with federal budgeting and reporting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement laws (FAR) and grants management
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with VA-specific programs is highly desirable
