Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support municipal policy development and budgeting.
- Prepare and review official government reports, memos, and correspondence for senior officials.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local compliance standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline public service operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of departmental activities and funding allocations.
- Respond to inquiries from citizens, stakeholders, and other government agencies with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in the implementation of new city-wide initiatives and community programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government, non-profit, or civil service setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Strong understanding of local government structures, processes, and public sector challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft technical documents.
- Clean background check and ability to pass a standard security clearance evaluation.
