Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public policy initiatives aligned with city strategic goals

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government/public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Valid Maryland driver's license (position may require travel)
- Demonstrated knowledge of municipal governance structures
