Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or public sector roles
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Knowledge of Oklahoma state government processes preferred
- Certification in public administration (CPM) is a plus
