Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in quantitative research methods and statistical software
- Demonstrated understanding of federal/state/local government structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Valid Oregon driver's license (position requires occasional travel)
