Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years government/nonprofit program management experience
- Proven budget management and grant compliance expertise
- CA Public Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and crisis management skills
