Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including NIST and FISMA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred.
- CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification is highly desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Deep knowledge of NIST frameworks, federal regulations, and risk management processes.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
