Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding state services and local programs.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate, confidential digital records.
- Support department heads with administrative tasks, including scheduling and meeting preparation.
- Prepare and organize official documents for filing, distribution, and legal compliance.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure efficient workflow and public service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be willing to undergo government security clearance procedures.
