Responsibilities
- Assist with Federal Application Processing: Support the intake and verification of federal applications and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional service to federal employees, veterans, and the general public via phone and email inquiries.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical records of federal cases and personnel files.
- Administrative Coordination: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate logistics for regional office operations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily reports and ensure adherence to federal privacy and security policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and other staff members to achieve departmental goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for security clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
