Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with government security protocols and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to government personnel and agencies.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed compliance reports.
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams to streamline communication and workflow.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software applications.
- Respond to urgent IT incidents and resolve them within service level agreements.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience with government contracting requirements and data privacy laws.
