Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal network infrastructure and hardware.
- Manage and secure sensitive data in compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA).
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system changes.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or federal contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and server management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
