Responsibilities
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain complex federal IT networks and infrastructure systems.
- Provide high-level technical support and cybersecurity guidance to federal staff and stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software and hardware solutions efficiently.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be able to obtain) a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and federal IT governance standards.
- Proficiency in configuring firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
