In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and security of federal IT systems, ensuring compliance with strict federal standards while delivering top-tier technical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure complex federal network infrastructure and server environments (Windows/Linux).
- Ensure full compliance with federal security regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and DIACAP requirements.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system hardening.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to optimize IT workflows and data security protocols.
- Document technical configurations and maintain detailed incident reports.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal IT support or systems administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Cisco networking, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of federal information security policies and data handling procedures.
