Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients in San Jose.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP security standards.
- Manage and configure hardware and software within government-approved environments.
- Document system configurations, security procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and user experience.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) or Top Secret/SCI Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or federal contracting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
