Responsibilities
- Manage Federal IT Infrastructure: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems to ensure seamless operations for federal clients.
- Security Compliance: Implement and monitor strict security protocols to protect sensitive government data and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex network issues affecting mission-critical systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, security clearances, and incident reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Must possess or be eligible for a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments or similar technical roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Cisco networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
