Responsibilities
- Operate Federal Systems: Monitor and operate 24/7 federal communication and data processing systems during night shifts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, confidential records and databases in compliance with federal security protocols.
- Customer Support: Provide essential assistance to internal federal stakeholders and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict security clearance procedures and maintain a secure work environment.
- Shift Reporting: Complete daily shift logs, audits, and shift handover reports accurately and on time.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
- Background: Clean criminal record and ability to pass a drug screening.
