Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of Federal regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines to ensure organizational compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and memorandums for senior leadership and agency stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline Federal workflow operations.
- Monitor legislative updates and advise the management team on potential impacts on current projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile or Waterfall methodologies in a government environment.
- Facilitate communication between Federal agencies and external vendors or contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of all program activities and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Federal or State Government agencies.
- Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and grant management processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or equivalent security clearance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
