Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal data sets to support policy decision-making and improve program efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, stakeholders, and congressional committees.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, agency procedures, and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for cost reduction and innovation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project deliverables, timelines, and compliance records.
- Assist in the development of strategic initiatives to advance the agency's mission in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or state government program management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
