Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits and data analysis to ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed, data-driven reports to city management and legislative bodies.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline public service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage and update internal databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
- Investigate discrepancies in public records and recommend timely corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new government policies and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and stakeholders regarding city services and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in government operations, public sector, or compliance is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical assessment.
- Valid Arizona driver's license is preferred.
