Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal submission to final closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific policies.
- Prepare and review contract modifications, amendments, and change orders for accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits to identify risks and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with program managers and legal teams to resolve contract disputes.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and generate performance reports.
- Maintain an organized repository of contract documents and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, federal compliance, or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., Agiloft, Ariba, or similar).
- Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DOD directives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
