Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support city policy initiatives and budget planning.
- Create compelling data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and executive reports for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure organizational success.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government data privacy regulations and standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field within the public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Public Administration, Economics, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA) and government data governance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing technical documentation and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
