Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of government software applications.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Train non-technical staff on basic IT procedures and software usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with government IT systems and compliance standards is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
